摘要: This talk is based on two of my manuscripts. In this talk we give two different sets of necessary and sufficient conditions for the Riemann hypothesis and the generalized Riemann hypothesis for primitive Dirichlet characters from the point of view of genus 0 entire functions. The first criterion is derived by applying the Hausdorff moment problem, whereas the second criterion is obtained by applying the theory of completely monotonic functions. Based on the second criterion we also present a numerical evidence against the Riemann hypothesis.
报告人简介：张瑞明，美国数学博士，加拿大计算机软件资深开发员／设计师，现任桂林电子科技大学数学与计算科学学院教授。1983年本科毕业于中国海洋大学应用数学专业，1987年硕士毕业于美国亚利桑那州立大学数学系，1993年博士毕业于美国南佛罗里达大学数学系。硕士和博士均师从于美国数学学会会士、英国皇家物理学会会士、世界著名特殊函数论专家Mourad E.H.Ismail教授(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mourad_Ismail)。主要数学研究领域为正交多项式、特殊函数和渐近分析，数学研究工作受到了本领域国际同行专家们的好评。此外，还具有在加拿大设计、开发大型固定收益金融产品交易系统近十年的工作经验，能熟练掌握和运用多种计算机操作系统、编程语言与软件开发工具，曾作为主要资深软件开发员／设计师参加了加拿大多伦多TSE固定收益系统引擎的设计与开发。
