Design art is an emerging and comprehensive application discipline in China, which mainly studies the law, behavior and cultural value of design art innovation. In 1993, the design art discipline of Hunan University was awarded the first granting right of master's degree in industrial plastic arts (now design art) in 1993. In 2005, we obtained the granting right of doctoral degree in design art.
