On June 23,the award ceremony of The First Non-legacy Innovation Design Competition and The Cross-disciplinary Forum of Traditional Culture and Design Education were held in Beijing Qianmen Street Tianleyuan Theater.The postgraduate students Xu Xiaohu, Jiang Shuting and Bai Lu’s work“Twenty-four Solar Terms”won the Creative Design Popularity Award and the"Star of Non-legacy"Award.Associate Dean Tan Hao attended the awarding ceremony. Mr. Li Yongjun,Chairman of the Global Hope Federation, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yongxinhua Holding Group, and Mr. Du Yue, Deputy Director of the National Committee of UNESCO of China,awarded our Associate Dean Tan Hao a letter of appointment,and awarded teacher Zhang Duoduo a letter of the director teacher of the contest.
The First Non-legacy Innovation Design Competition was jointly organized by the Intangible Cultural Heritage Big Data Platform,Tencent QQ Browser,UXPA China and Urban Design College,Central Academy of Fine Arts.It has established six“Non-legacy Cultural Joint Practice Bases”throughout the country,including School of Design,Hunan University.Since the start of the competition in March, it has attracted more than 600 teams and more than 3,000 students to sign up for the competition.Our student's work "Twenty-Four Seasons" through the development of games, online sharing to promote the rich and interesting life of offline life, by fostering to let players feel the time, let young people pay attention to seasonal life.The work stands out with its unique design concept and eventually won double prizes.

The ceremony presented the Creative Design Popularity Award,the Creative Design Special Award,the"Star of Non-legacy"Award and the Gold,Silver and Bronze Awards.At the same time, Mr. Li Yongjun and Mr. Du Yue expressed their letters of appointment to the judges and instructors who participated in the contest and expressed their gratitude to them for their contributions to the contest.
