我院与挪威奥斯陆建筑与设计学院AHO（The Oslo School of Architecture and Design）联合申报的“应对气候变化的全球设计合作网络”项目（designBRICS- a global design network addressing climate change）于近日获得挪威国际教育合作中心（The Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Education，SIU）面向金砖国家设立的UTFORSK专项200万挪威克朗（约合165万人民币）经费资助。
在2016年度获该项资助的20个项目中，有7所中国科研院校与挪威科研机构获得联合资助。这些院校分别是清华大学（环境工程）、中国人民大学（法学）、北京师范大学（教育学）和中科院地球物理所（地球物理学）、武汉大学（国际交流合作）等。其中，湖南大学（设计学）也是唯一在设计学科获得资助的院校。

该项目由设计艺术学院张军博士与AHO大学Hakan Edeholt教授联合申请，双方曾于2015年12月在湖南大学联合举办“应对气候变化的设计策略”国际设计工作坊（http://design.hnu.edu.cn/index.php/news/1888-2015-12-24-09-56-28），2016年初双方高校已签订互换合作协议MoU，为本次项目成功申报奠定了良好基础。

Cooperation in higher education The overall aim of the UTFORSK Programme is to enhance long-term cooperation in higher education with the prioritized countries. The programme also aims to enhance the quality of international cooperation in education by encouraging links to research cooperation and work life. The UTFORSK Partnership Programme one of the key measures included in the Panorama Strategy, the Norwegian Government's strategy for cooperation on higher education and research with Brazil, China, India, Japan, Russia and South Africa (2016–2020).
