对20名本科生进行研究生式指导,长期为学生组织论文写作培训、科研方法培训、讨论会、组会等,每年对新进组学生进行为期一个月的全方面科研能力培训,训练学生的科研能力和写作能力,指导本科生发表IEEE T论文12篇,所培养的本科生前往香港大学,香港科技大学,清华大学深圳研究院,北京大学深圳研究院,南京大学,天津大学,华科大,北京理工大学,中科院空天院读研深造20人。指导本科毕业设计3人获信科院优秀创新论文一等奖,获得2020,2021年湖南大学本科毕业设计优秀指导老师。指导学生国家级SIT项目3项,其中一项获第十五届全国大学生创新创业年会推荐项目(全校1/7)。
