Xie Li is currently Professor at the Department of Economics, School of Economics and Trade,Hunan University.HereceivedhisPhD. in Economics from Hunan University in December 2009, and visitedUniversity of Leeds(UK) as research fellow.His research interests lie inenergyeconomictheory andpolicy,macroeconomictheory andpolicy,regionaldevelopmentstrategy andmanagement. Hisresearch has been published in multiple peer-review academic journals, such as Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Resources, Conservation and Recycling, Journal of Cleaner Production, Sustainability, Emerging Markets Finance and Trade, etc.
